Our work with ICM Pharma focused on modernising their digital presence and strengthening the experience for both B2B partners and DTC customers. The revamped platform now supports seamless bulk ordering for trade partners while clearly presenting product information for everyday consumers. We enhanced usability with improved navigation, clearer categorisation, and an overall more intuitive site structure. The redesign introduces refreshed brand colours and a new art direction, giving ICM Pharma an updated, cohesive visual identity. Behind the scenes, the full migration to Shopify establishes a more scalable, efficient foundation for future expansion.

Shopify PlusICM Pharma’s product pages provide a clear and functional experience for wholesale partners and public visitors. Logged in partners can access pack size and quantity selectors for easy bulk orders and transparent pricing, while public visitors see a simplified view. Product details such as description, usage, precautions, and storage are organised in accordion panels, letting users expand only what they need. The layout remains scannable and accessible, supporting efficient B2B ordering and transparent product discovery.
The About page is designed to make ICM Pharma’s story and mission easily accessible to all visitors. Clear sections highlight leadership, the team, and key partners, allowing users to quickly scan or explore in depth. Profiles and partner information are presented in a structured, scannable layout, while intuitive navigation ensures users can move between sections without confusion. The design balances informative content with visual clarity, providing a seamless browsing experience that engages visitors, builds trust, and encourages exploration of the brand’s broader portfolio and services.
